Our commitment

We are committed to operating responsibly and to taking reasonable steps to reduce the risk of modern slavery in our business and, where relevant, in our supply relationships.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to our business operations and to the standards we expect from suppliers, contractors, service providers and other partners we work with.

Expectations of suppliers and partners

We expect suppliers, contractors and service providers working with us to uphold lawful and ethical working practices, including respect for human rights and fair treatment of workers.

Due diligence and review

As our business develops, we aim to make proportionate decisions about the organisations and providers we work with. Where appropriate, this may include reviewing suppliers, questioning unclear practices and avoiding relationships that create unacceptable ethical risk.

Reporting concerns

If we become aware of information suggesting exploitative or unlawful labour practices, we will review the matter appropriately and take further action where necessary.

Training and awareness

We recognise that awareness is an important part of preventing exploitation. As the business grows, we aim to keep our approach under review so that relevant team members understand the importance of identifying and responding to concerns appropriately.

Review of this policy

We review our policies periodically to ensure they remain proportionate, relevant and aligned with our responsibilities as the business grows.
